Arkelia is a software for the management and the digitisation of archived documents, developed by Sikelia Service. Its main functionalities are: archiving, classification of documents, storage access and maintenance, process monitoring, report creation and distribution and recovery of documents from various sources (image, text and other formats).
Arkelia is an innovative platform in which it is possible to:
- Run regular archiving activities, riproducendo le modalità di gestione adottate dal soggetto produttore;
- Monitor document flows, with detail of all stages of the document lifecycle;
- Provide tools for real time monitoring of the workflow.;
Thank to its three access levels and four user profile typology, Arkelia consente differenti livelli di accesso, secondo quattro tipologie di profili operativi, allo scopo di garantire l’identificazione univoca degli utenti e la riservatezza delle informazioni, accessibili solo agli utenti abilitati. Offre anche un pieno supporto all’integrazione degli archivi digitali, grazie all’offerta di strumenti e funzioni che permettono di integrare nuovo materiale documentario a quello già archiviato.
